For all you teens that say you don’t have time to have breakfast or your just not hungry in the morning should try to find the time to try the Morning Mango, Strawberry, Banana Smoothie. Its a great way to wake up your senses and get your brain ready for the day.
This smoothie gives you a few of your necessary amounts of fruits needed for the day. The recipe is easy to follow with just two steps.

Once blended add to the bottom of a large cup. Once blended add to the top of the large cup.
The end product will look like a beautiful Orange and Pink drink.
Ways to save time in the morning:
There are a few easy ways to make it easier to make the smoothie in the morning, by having the fruit already pitted and peeled and ready to go, have everything measured out and put in the fridge, get the blender out before you go to bed. A neat way to drink this smoothie is to make it the night before and put it in the freezer, right when you wake up take it out and let it though.
